Italian cookery is largely based around seasonal crops, celebrating each new variety of vegetable or pulse with a new dish. Although not in Rome, we will choose the best of local seasonal produce to create some delicious soups or salads as well as more mainstay classics such as Risotto and of course fresh pasta. All rounded off with a sumptuous desert.
